Pantone Promotional Piece, Second Year University Project
This brief asked for an evocative artifact that promotes and celebrates a conceptual approach to colour, targeted at creatives within the Graphic Design sector. To be packaged for postage. I approached the idea of colour by thinking beyond what represents a colour visually; my concept was “What does a colour feel like?” I selected a range of different textured materials and undertook some research with people in the design sector asking, “What colour does this texture feel like?” By collecting different responses I created common response cards that are included to show a general opinion over each texture.
